Very well packaged, directions were spot on, quality very good. Definitely recommend.This item was shipped to me damaged. This is on the foot rest section and is very noticeable. The instructions are terrible. Looks like a 5 year old wrote them and used a 1 megapixel camera to snap photos.Very sturdy & comfortableAs expected.
