Only word I can think of is "awesome". Awesome net and awesome customer service.I purchased this net specifically so I could practice hitting real golf balls in my backyard. For those of you who have asked in previous reviews that I've read, the answer is "NO", you can't see the ball flight when hitting into this net. However, I think that a net like this can definitely help out a good amount of golfers. I'm no pro or teaching coach, but in my opinion, making solid contact is a large part of playing good golf. And for someone like me who plays only a 9-hole round once a week and with no time to get out to the range, being able to hit into a net helps with the consistency of my contact. I'm a decent striker of the ball, so as long as I see the ball hitting the middle of the net, I know I'm doing OK. True, you can't see how the ball draws or fades or hooks or slices, but as far as grooving a swing to make solid contact, this net does its job. In short: my scores on the course are better when I get a chance to practice with this net.Now, about the net itself. I've owned only one net previously: one of those pop-up semi-circle ones. It was a disaster. Long story short: ball went through the net and cracked my window. I was out a golf net and a $300 glass repair. This net is awesome. The actual netting is thick and high quality. I've had it for about 3 months and have hit a couple hundred shots into it with both driver and irons. So far, I see no wear on the actual netting. Another indication of the quality of this net is the fact that the net will barely move when hitting a ball into it. The ball simply hits the netting and drops softly to the ground.The metal (heavy-duty aluminum?) frame is also very strong. I tried using tools to bend the pipe (more on that situation below), but simply could not do it. The frame is also heavy enough where I usually don't even need to use the ground pegs to keep it in place.....even with strong 30 mph Hawaiian tradewinds. A couple of times, my wife and I even kicked soccer balls into this net, and it stood up just fine!Breakdown and setup is very quick and I can usually do by myself in less than 2 minutes. It took awhile to get used to where each of the poles go since the vertical poles are actually made up of 3 pieces, but after awhile, it becomes automatic.All of the pieces fit in a bag that is 3-4 feet in length, and as high quality as the materials are, this bag is still very light. The bag is also well-made and I can't see it ripping anytime soon.Finally, the best part of this purchase was the customer service. When I took out the net for the first time, I noticed that one of the "mouths" of the poles was slightly bent, and because the poles fit together perfectly, this small bend made putting the poles together impossible. I emailed customer service and after sending a few pictures, they sent out a replacement part right away.As a whole, this is probably one of the best Amazon purchases I have ever made. This experience was so positive and the quality of the net was so good, I'm even thinking about picking up one of their "Bownet style" soccer goals. If you want to practice your golf swing in your backyard, this is the net to buy.
